Overview
About Me
I revel in my retirement. I bicycle all over for transportation and recreation, take piano lessons and practice daily, read avidly, take classes at a local college, volunteer to help immigrants learn English, read to young children before school. I love to spend time with friends and to travel .
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel and see new places. I like to meet local people and form a connection to the place I am visiting, as opposed to being an anonymous hotel guest. My husband and I have had wonderful experiences with Servas (a similar worldwide peace organization).
