Getting ready to retire; I thought this might be a good way to entertain myself in my retirement. Have been a teacher for 38 years.
I'm very spiritual and studied lot of different aspects of spirituality and have taken what resonated with me and left the rest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I said earlier I'm getting ready to retire and retirement scares me a bit because I'm not sure what I'll do with my time. So couch surfing; hosting and traveling seems like a possibility. Looking to meet like minded people. Explore other areas.

Intense spiritual journey. I'm in the last phase but my understanding is the last stage can take 10 years. Lol

I've taught reading to elementary children for 38 years. I love to read. And hope some of the children I've taught will love to read too.
