About Me

CURRENT MISSION...

...to fit as many meals into one day as possible.

ABOUT ME

As much as life will allow, I try to live a non-wasteful life, using resources around me before buying new things and consuming. For example, we compost all our fruit and veggie scraps and paper too! Then we use that compost to grow more veggies. We share a lot of veggies with our chickens, who in turn provide us with lovely nitrogen-rich manure that we use in our compost! As another example, we built a toilet sink to reduce the amount of water that we use. i love creating: creating meals, creating art, creating what i need, creating what i want.

PHILOSOPHY

i don't like to waste. this gets me into trouble sometimes because i tend to overeat for fear of wasting food.
