I'm a dad to two preschoolers, a fan of the original Star Wars, and a Japanese language enthusiast. Recently, I moved to the countryside, where I admire nature and take a break from the city bustle, also joined the local volunteer fire department. Once we arrange childcare and find affordable flight tickets, we're on the lookout for some thrilling experiences abroad. We love spending time with unique Couchsurfing hosts and fellow travelers, soaking up new experiences and connections.

To train language skills and to meet people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The alone trip across half of Japan. First extensive travel, the first time in Japan, 3 weeks on the route, and more than 1 500 km pass (1 000 by hitchhiking). A lot of experience, great people, and unique places.
