I am 44 years old and married since 5 years. I have a lovely 4 years old daughter. I am working for Saint Gobain Insulation Turkey for 18 years. Since many years I have traveled many countries for business reasons. I love to visit new countries and learn different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First reason is to meet new people from other nationalities. Also as I like to travel a lot I know how it is expensive to find a safe and clean place to stay when you are abroad. By being a member of Couchsurfing I may have a chance to obtain two benefits at the same time. Meet new people , accept them as a guest and be guest to new countries.

I like to visit flea markets. I have a antique tea cup collection. I like to read and collect travel books and guides. I like to take photos (mainly the portraits). I like cats.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like latin music and also listen pop and rock sometimes. I like the movies smooth like "Love in the time of cholera". I like the books like Kite Runner - Khaled Hosseini, Angela's Ashes- Frank McCord and Captain Corelli's Mandolin & Birds without Wings-Louis de Bernières. I also like to read detective stories from Tess Gerritsen and similar writers. Lately I usually read books about raising child :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have married to my husband while we were traveling in Spain in Madrid Consulate. I gave a birth to an amazing girl.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can give some tips to survive in İstanbul. I can teach the spices in the spice market.
I would love to learn how to cook new cuisines.
