Born and raised in Texas, I grew up hunting, fishing, and gardening.
This developed my love of food, I tried going to university but ended up dropping out to go to culinary school.
I worked around Austin and Houston, Texas for a few years I some how ended up living in a small university town in Arkansas. I started my travel obsession when a friend from school asked me to join her on a trip to Japan, after that every year I have taken a few weeks off work to spend in another country experiencing local life. I enjoy a slower pace of life than you find here in the USA.
