ABOUT ME

I am 19 years old and love to travel and meet new people. I love sharing my amazing city with others and am eager to have fellow CS this summer stay at my lake house.I am living in Mozabique working at a childrens home but will be living back in Bellingham in the summer.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a Christian that respects all people of the world and their religious views. I believe in doing unto others as you would have them do unto you. And to live life to the fullest and never settle, but instead to take every opportunity for growth that presents itself. And never give up on a goal or dream just because things are getting hard. The best things in life come from hard work and perseverance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently a new member to the CS community and am looking forward to both surfing and hosting in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to coach surfing and am planning to travel through Europe for two months this summer once my time working in an orphanage in Mozambique is done in June and I look forward to staying with and making new friends that will hopefully be able to come visit me in the future and experience the amazing things Bellingham, Seattle and the whole North West has to offer!

I don’t watch very much TV but enjoy the occasional movie night. I love books but happen to be very dyslexic so each one lasts me quite a long time! And as far as music goes I like a little of everything, it goes with my personality, it’s boring to me just to listen to the same stuff all the time! It’s all about switching it up and being able to enjoy all music! Having some good old Rock and Roll playing then switching to Indian Music then Rap the some Disney music is the best!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have lived in Mozambique, Africa and worked as a dorm parent at a childrens center for eight months with 31 young 5-8year old boys living in my dorm. I ate rice everyday with them for nearly my entire time in Mozambique. If you look at my personal website it is a blog that I kept during my time in Mozambique.

I look forward to teaching fellow surfers about the different cultures I have witnessed and lived among as well as pass on advice for travels in the places I know well. I also am eager to learning about the cultures and backgrounds that other members of CS community have to share about.
