我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've couchsurfed a few years ago, and hope to do more in the future. I've attended CS meetings here in Edinburgh as well as in places I've visited, and it was a good way to meet other travellers before the scene became cliquey. I share a flat so hosting isn't realistic right now, but I'm keen to meet people locally and in places where I might travel.

Music! I've played guitar in metal bands, go to lots of gigs, and travel to festivals. I also play a bit of piano and have started learning to sing.

Snowboarding.

Socialising and meeting new people.

Music wise I'm a metal fan first and foremost, but I also listen to some post-rock, classic rock, punk, electronic, jazz, classical, and I enjoy most styles really.

Films and books: comedy, drama, foreign movies and literature, lots of stuff really.

I'm always keen to practise speaking foreign languages (Italian, French, Spanish) and I'll happily help with English in return. Playing and chatting about music is always good. I'm happy to talk, share, and learn about the things I spend my time doing: my interests, my work, and life in general.
