About Me
I left my job of over twenty years in 2014, somewhat on a whim. I rode my motorcycle in a generally southern direction. As it was November, and the air began to chill, I followed the warmth of the sun to Key West. I didn't expect to be there much past spring, but I made a commitment to the job that I took on down there and stayed for a year and a half. Last spring I rode off from Florida and came home to New York to spend several weeks with family. This July and August I expect to travel through the heart of the country before I find a spot to settle for the winter. I hope to find a comfortable place to host fellow travelers, and am kicking myself for not thinking of this while I was in the Keys.
