I am finishing up my degree in fermentation sciences (everything from biotechnology to beer and wine production) at Appalachian State University in beautiful Boone, N.C. I'm an avid sourdough baker, trail-running junkie, and a novice climber. I love the outdoors and to explore.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travelled across the U.S. in May 2017 with my boyfriend and had an awesome Couchsurfing experience in Missouri so I decided to create my own profile. I'm looking forward to similar experiences in the future!
