To make the world smile
University graduate from Tacoma Washington, I play, referee, and work in rugby, pretty outdoorsy. I love my dog, motorcycles, and microbrews.
I'm here to make the world a happier place
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I crash on couches and try to make people smile...It will be some time yet before I am able to open my own couch. I know a good tea shop, a few good coffee shops, and some great pubs in Tacoma. Currently living the dream in north county San Diego.
Surfed a couch in New Zealand in September 2011 to catch a couple Rugby World Cup games. The awesome Lord Hickey and his illustrious crew were excellent hosts.
Rugby, youth development, music, backpacking, dogs, community involvement, beer, making the world a happier place one smile at a time.
Music, Movies, and Books
All the books, Most of the music, and Many of the movies.
I enjoy entertainment of all varieties, especially the type that can cause a smile. I also love anything that forces one to think deeply.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everything has to do with everything.
I thinkAnd I feel,I believeAnd I love. Love is what brings us together,Fear tears us apart. The body, a prison,Punishment for sin,A destiny of pain.Fear of this pain generates anger,Festering into hate,So much hate we inflict pain. But where is the love?We must find it in each other.Separated by body,Connected by mind.We think, therefore we are.Fostering love heals fear:The parasite of man.Individual experiencesOf a single consciousness. The intelligent beingIs who we are.Love brings us together.Fear tears us apart.
