ABOUT ME

Body/Mind/Spirit/Psyche, I love to be real in the moment, aware, true to what-is, responsive though non-reactive, positive, thought-provoking, peace-promoting, encouraging, inspiring and inspired. I am a curious, adventurous, optimistic, artistic & spontaneous, spiritual soul. A great observer, even pensive, I enjoy the active meditative life, but I'm also a sport-o. Conscious awareness is key for me. I am happy to venture alone into the unknown or with others, in deep conversation, just as well in City and Nature. Trees and rivers rejuvenate my Being, as does an attuned, live show of music. Here to connect and have fun, share joy and conversation with conscious and aware people.

PHILOSOPHY

Be in present awareness with the moment, in balance with envisioning goals, attuned to the breath. Life is an eternal flow, and how we experience it depends greatly upon how we respond to what happens to/around us and our knowing when and with what means to co-create our destiny for the benefit of all beings and life upon Earth . There is a balance of creation and acceptance.

Many beautiful souls have kindly and spontaneously invited me into their homes. So much gratitude for your Love and Kindness! I love to host and surf, though I currently do not have a space for hosting. Lunches and tea time with connected conversation is something I'm most often up for.

I am a nationally licensed massage therapist with 2000+ hours of education in the field of healing arts, fine to practice by the book &/or in an adventurous, experimental manner, willing to share or trade in the art of healing through touch, education & energy medicine. Sharing in the creation of a piece of art is mad-fun as well (like a group painting, etc). I am also interested in learning and sharing in meditation.
