ABOUT ME

I always find it difficult to describe myself. Here goes:

I am open minded in nearly all aspects of life. Closed minded people upset me in a way that is somewhere between anger and sorrow. I am friendly and very easy to get along with.

I like coffee, strong coffee, and if you want I'll make you a kick-ass cup of jo. If not, we can go to one of the cool indie coffee places around my pad if you so desire, either way, I'm going to get my coffee.

My place gives off a comfortable relaxing vibe. I'll sit around with you and shoot the shit over wine, bourbon, White Russians, tequila shots, or whatever, until you look tired or bored. Then I'll leave you alone.

I spend a reasonable amount of time w/ my music library and like to listen to it and expand it with suggestions and new discoveries.

PHILOSOPHY

Things aren't necessarily how we perceive them to be.

If you go home with someone and they don't have books: Don't fuck them.

We are rarely humanity, but when we are, its truly beautiful.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've lived alone for a bit now, and sometimes get bored. You have a nice place to lay your head, I have the entertainment of entertaining for an evening. Win, win.

I'd also like to do more traveling. I don't need fancy hotels, and I want to see cities from an insiders perspective.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was in Oklahoma w/ a friend (didn't really have a place to sleep in the city we went to). We went to her friends party. We met some people at the party and went to their house to after party. Then we crashed on their couch.

Now I've worked on a project and lived out of a hotel in the OK state 3 nights a week. Not nearly as much fun.
