ABOUT ME

2014 is my year of new, different, and slightly crazy. 2013 ended up being a pretty crappy year for me and I was in a dark place. I promised myself that from here forward (this was back in June 2013) that I will always strive to be better than the day before. I started volunteering at OCRs and fell in love! Tough Mudder and Spartan Races were two of the most important things that I could have found. Since March 2013 I have discarded about 40lbs of fat and gained a whole lot of strength. I am still working on myself, my goals are ever changing, and I noticed that I am almost always happy.

One of my goals is to meet some pretty amazing people in the world. I refuse to just be another person in this world, I want to make a difference, and I want to meet other people who feel the same. I try not to have favorites, because I really love so much. I believe that I am a wonderful person, sweet and caring, and I do not like to give up.

I hope to meet as many wonderful people in my life as possible, so will you be one of them?

*09/02/14 Update* Since I have updated my profile I have lost over 65lbs total since June 2013. I have run 10 races, only one was not a obstacle course race, I have many more races to go and I have met some pretty fantastic people in my journey! I have a good life and I am always pushing myself to be better than the day before.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have recently started to use CouchSurfing to meet people in my community and while on vacation. I want to build a new group for my local area and get more surfers interacting with each other.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some pretty wonderful people so far. I have been a part of CouchSurfing for so long, but never really got in to it. This year alone (2014) I have met some amazing people on my travels and in my community. I just hope to meet more people, from everywhere.

音乐、电影和书籍

I don't watch a lot of movies, but I do enjoy watching movies that were first a book and that I had already read. I like to see if it lives up to my own imagination and expectations. I really enjoy reading, but I there are times when I wont read for months or you can't get me away from books. As for music, I really listen to a wide variety. The last few years I have focused very heavily on KPop, even though I don't speak or understand Korean. I also adore most Korean shows and movies. I like to believe that I am versatile in my interests.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Living overseas for a year of my life helped me to change my life and attitude about a lot of things. I am still learning and changing everyday and hoping to see more and do more with my life. Each day that I am alive is amazing and more amazing would be to fill it with adventures.

I love languages, but I don't seem to have the patience to sit and try and learn on my own, so I would love to learn from some one else. I have been a cake decorator and I would love to share any decorating tips that I can and any stories that may make you laugh.

I can help you with your burpees, encourage you to get out and push yourself, and try to get you into OCR!
