ABOUT ME

I'm a problem solver. Online marketer. Traveling therapist. I play the trombone in a concert band. I'm riding across Iowa this summer on my bike. I go to the gym daily to do body weight exercises. My friends own a farm and I like to volunteer growing veggies.

Spirituality is part of my life and I practice meditation. I grew up Mennonite. Be a good person and make the world a better place.

I like folk, bluegrass, top 40, and americana music. I like blogs about finance and economic as well as speech-language ideas. I'm reading 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. I also like just driving to the latest top 40 music stations.

Vipasana retreat, which is 10-days of meditation. I've also been to a survival/tracker school and taught kids basic skills.

I can teach a lot of primitive skills, marketing, self development, email campaigns, auto repair, audio video computer skills. I can share some financial and investing ideas as well as learning to become more frugal.
