ABOUT ME

Currently in Ollataytambo and with Machu Picchu as the next destination in mind. By mid week of this second week of April I'll probably be in Cusco again.

I tend to be attracted by Nature, unusual situations, new places, people's interests, habits, and life experiences.
Anxious, quiet, hesitant, humble, insecure, patient..just few adjectives I would use to describe my own personality.
Anyway, you'll get your own impressions if we meet.

I don't eat meat, fish, lard and amy animal fat and animal-derived foods (eggs, cheese, milk, butter, honey). Anyway, I don't expect the others to eat the same way as I eat, and I'm completely OK with arranging my meals by myself.

When I can I go to sleep early, and wake up early.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I particularly find interesting humans' lifestyles, cultures, traditions, habits, skills, and perspectives on life. Also, I find pleasure in staying in direct contact with Nature. Wilderness often calls my attention. Generally, I'm a curious guy. I have got personal impressions and some practical information about the places I have lived in and or travelled through. I have got humble past experiences with gardening, working on farms and orchards, teaching English, hiking, ski mountaineering and Alpinism on the Alps.
I do not eat meat, fish, lard and any snimal fat. Besides, whenever possible I do not eat eggs, cheese, yogurt, milk, butter, and honey.
Sometimes I like cooking.
During my teenage years I was crazy about basketball. I could walk on a slack line, and joggle with three balls on the ground.. Today I don't know..
I can share these things I have written above, and probably others...I usually find pleasure when I think I've been helpful to somebody else.
