About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travellers unite....one couch at a time

ABOUT ME

I am a warm, generous person with eclectic interests, and I have a varied social circle which spans far and wide. To me travelling is liberating, unfortunately I wish I could do more of it and wished I had found couchsurfing earlier.
Food and cooking are central to my existence, local delicacies and odd customs are an enjoyment beyond words. I enjoy learning from others and as mentioned I love a good conversation as much as a perfect red. Ps. I also love shoes.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosphy is - Do it Simple!I dont believe anything greater comes from stress and complication. Things have a way of working out no matter what, it's how you deal with the result that counts. I admit that earning the almighty dollar can throw a spanner in the works but as long as we keep trying.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I want some.....

Interests

Besides travelling I love food - growing it, preparing it, discussing it,eating it. I love going ot, Art and Design and of course silliness.

Music, Movies, and Books

Aything comedic of course. I prefer my action Kung Fu style and Art House movies.
Music is anything I can dance too - believe me thats a lot. I am a lover of Latin, anything for little cha cha cha. As for books I prefer biographies, hisorical novels, travel guides, language phrase books and of course recipe books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This perhaps comes under ridiculous more so than amazing but after being lazy and startled by a donkey I fell into a fish gut swamp in which vultures tried to attack me.

Teach, Learn, Share

To be honest, I'm not sure what I can teach perhaps local knowledge is my strength but I know I would like to take better photos and practice my conversational Spanish.
