ABOUT ME

Currently on a year long hiatus from work and career goals and driving the Panamerican Highway with my fiancée from Peru all the way to Tierra del Fuego in search of rock climbing and adventure on the open road. We're getting married next fall and decided that the best way to spend the year prior would be crammed into a little van with all of our worldly possessions.

When I get back I am pursuing a career in Physical Therapy while working as a trainer and EMT part time.

PHILOSOPHY

When it comes time to die I want to be able to look at my life and say, "That was f*#^ing awesome! Lets do it again!"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not been involved in the community for several years, largely due to lack of traveling and lack of a suitable couch. I was the one time ambassador for Boulder, CO and have surfed in numerous different countries over the years. However far I am from my next trip I always try to spread the CS to my fellow travelers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started almost back in 2006 and I can't believe what awesome experiences I have had. Everywhere I go there is someone new to meet who gives me a whole new outlook on life. I won't go into any stories because I just can't pick favorites, but I do know that I will cherish my couchsurfing experiences, thus far and into the future, for the rest of my life.

Everything outdoors. Formerly a nordic skier by trade but I now spend most of my time enjoying climbing (mountains and rocks) and skiing. Pretty much anytime I'm outside, in particular with my fiancée, I'm having a blast!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Created a biodiesel reactor and now use the fuel to run a friends truck!

Also, recently made it the entire 26,000+ miles around the globe in just over 7 months. Couch Surfed the whole way and was blessed with one of the greatest experiences of my thus far short life!

Currently living in a van for the year driving the South American continent north to south on a rock climbing field adventure!

Knowledge of the outdoors and a passion for the natural world, anything athletic, and the desire to deeply understand as many thought processes as possible.

I am also trying to become fluent in Spanish and any help is always appreciated!
