Continually self improving through understanding, awareness and mindfulness. Try to stay present and in touch with my feelings. Love to socialise when the vibe and the energy is right, love to coexist in peace and silence too. Like to be active and productive with others, just wanna do what makes me happy in the moment. To create and to contribute towards positive communities where love and sustainability are core, to be the change I want to see in the world

Enjoy peace and solitude but also love good company and good vibes of good people. Conversations cooking eating dancing loving. Play fighting and monkeying around are two of my favourite things.
