ABOUT ME

Actually I think that there's no use describing myself since you'll have to get to know me to know how my clockwork is ticking.

But I guess I could say that I am more of a quiet guy. That means that it can take a while for me to get to know people and to start loosening up. However, I love people with a weird sense of humour and make jokes about strange things myself... especially when I'm uncomfortable ;).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Used to surf quite a lot but since I went back home and moved in with my parents again, hosting has been difficult and there just never was a real opportunity to surf. Who knows... maybe things are going to change in the future.

Literature: Ayn Rand (!), One flew over the cuckoo's nest, Sci-Fi and Cyberpunk in general, dystopia like Brave New World or 1984...

Music: Techno, Goa/PsyTrance, Punk, Metal, at lot of Classical music..... Musical geniuses like Pink Floyd.

Movies: Star Wars, Bladerunner, The Matrix Trilogy, Sunshine... Sci-Fi in general again. Oldboy, Apocalypse Now, Adam's Apples, Pulp Fiction. Monty Python and Stanley Kubrick.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sunrise on Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh... after having spent a very cold night up there that is.

Spending New Year's Eve on a white beach in Kenya under the tropical full moon.

Getting to know the most amazing people during my year in Bedford/UK... it's been an amazing time guys!

Trip to Masai Maraa National Park in Kenya... hearing a leopard roar in the distance when you try to get some sleep will most definately give you goosebumps!
