About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see as much of the world as I can before school destroys my soul

ABOUT ME

So, i'm a student at a school in detroit. Working on my PhD. I love piano, and have been playing for ages. I'm a very fun loving person. I think it comes as backlash from being in such a buttoned-down, no-nonsense field. When i'm out of the lab, I want to really live life. I"m not afraid of much of anything at all, and so i'm usually up for just about anything as far as activities go.

PHILOSOPHY

As far as I know, I've got one shot at this life. People may say there's something afterwards, but I know for sure that i'm here now. And i'm going to enjoy that to the fullest, just in case there's not anything afterwards.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm more than willing to let people crash at my place, if anyone wants to see Detroit that is. I"m really interested in meeting people from other countries. I'm also hoping to spend my vacations from here on out seeing the world. I've never had a job before where I had designated vacation times.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, as far as official couchsurfing, not much. I regularly crash on my friends floors/couches/vans when i'm going anywhere to visit. I'm a big fan of camping, I grew up in the woods and have been known to just crash on whatever beach is closest.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many to list! It's easier just to say what I DON"T like. I don't like country music, I don't like bad sci-fi novels, I don't like chick flicks. Anything else is fair game though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got into a snowball fight on a glacier in Alaska with my brother. That was awesome. I've also ridden a Llama.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people Judo/Aikido so you'll know how to defend yourself, or how to play stuff on the piano, or how to make really great fireworks.
