About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to meet people, to learn new things, to have fun, and to share my stories

ABOUT ME

Not really sure what I'm going to do with my life after I graduate with my Anthropology degree. I've toyed with the idea of working for NGOs, applying for the JET program, or the Peace Corps, or going back to school for Library Science or Anthropology. Or going back to school for mortuary science. Or not going back to school at work and working a 9-5 job. Or joining the circus. Or a band. Writing a novel, or a screenplay, or recording an album: any of those would satisfy me. I'm not picky about my life; I think it's more important to have ideas than plans, and to keep yourself open to whatever happens.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything is good for you if it helps you keep on searching.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

WWOOFing in Hawaii may be the closest I have come to "courch surfing", although in Captain Cook, I slept in a bed, and in Maui, I lived in a tent that had an air mattress. I totally loved living in a tent. I would do that again, even without the mattress.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Body suspension is probably the one thing that had the most impact on me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to be taught sign language.
I'd like to learn how to walk across a tightrope.
I'd like to share my dance moves with anyone who was willing to shake it.
