I grew up in a small town in Virginia, USA and moved to California years ago. Love the beach, going to see live music and surrounding myself with good people. I'm quiet and respectful and very open to what life unfolds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been traveling Europ for a month and a half now through hostels and thought I would try a different approach ( couchsurfing ). I appreciate the coziness of a flat rather than a huge party hostel.

Interests

I really enjoy good conversation, nice meals, drinking tea/coffee, writing poetry, practicing and teaching yoga, riding bikes, hiking, & meeting new people. I am very simple! Love being outside if the weather is nice, sitting in cafes, go out for a drink, eat healthy and share stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music... Bob Dylan, The Walkmen, Beach House, Jazz, Indie, Rock, Punk Rock and I'm open to new music.

I love reading. My favorite book is a classic, simple one: Watership Down. It's all about life from a rabbits perspective.

I enjoy movies but don't watch many. Love when people share them with me.

Last year I took a one way flight to Hawaii and hiked the famous Napali Coast.

Teaching yoga was a passion of mine in Virginia. Now living in San Diego I attend many classes and have a practice of my own. Love sharing my knowledge.
