I spend a lot of time repeating that we only host weekends (unless you are really stuck for a place to stay, then message me about a weeknight), and only have space for one surfer, and can only host a couple nights at a time.there is other important info there too, so please read before requesting×××××

Firstly, by profile search shows that I only respond to 10% of requests, this is only because the site had me listed as hosting in sydney australia and within a week I received almost 50 to stay in a city I live far away from and didn't have time to get back to everyone especially since time had passed since the requests were made...anyway..what I'm trying to say is if you send me a message I'm sure to reply, I check my inbox here regularly.
I'm very adaptable, flexible, resourceful, open minded, adventurous..all these things have seen me live pretty varied lifestyles. I'm introverted and introspective, but like to be social and in particular enjoy unexpected one on one encounters and connections with people, but also I like to go out and be among people, whether it be exploring streets on foot or out drinking, catching a show etc.
Im impulsive, but do everything thoughtfully..though not planned out. I'm resourceful and creative and don't often lead a conventional life. I'm really gentle natured and mellow and am happiest when those around me are comfortable or at least confident enough to express when they aren't.
I'm easy to be around. I don't like to take up space or drain people energy and I'm pretty perceptive to peoples needs.

After 3 years of travelling via help exchange and other such homestay programs, I am settled in Halifax on a working visa for a year or so, and have a nice little, very central apartment that I am happy to open up to visitors for short term stays..a lil giving back after being the recipient of lots welcoming gestures while travelling myself.
