ABOUT ME

I've had itchy feet since I went Inter-Railing across Eastern Europe with a friend when we were 18.
Since then I've visited many different countries and soon decided I wanted to stay in one place a little longer... So in 2007 I studied an MA in Photography in China (Dalian, NE China), then moved to Beijing for a year where I worked as a freelance documentary photographer and photography teacher. I'm now based in Sheffield, England.

PHILOSOPHY

There is always another side to the story, it's important to hear them all.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last year I stayed with a couple of couch surfers in Beijing and had a great time. It's a fantastic way to get to know a city or a place on a personal level, so much better and much more fun than a guide book.

Once I swam with wild dolphins in Tasmania, they just appeared in the shallow waters of a beach. It was the winter and was freezing cold. Maybe the most obviously amazing thing but words cannot describe.
