It is so beautiful and opening to share the practice of surrender to the Love which we all are. Allowing ourselves to be free is a practice of faith in the Self. There is Love which we emanate simply by being, if we are ready to let ourSelves shine. We can find that place of Love. For me, chanting the Divine names is a practice which dissolves all of the "stuff" I put on myself that causes me to feel fear and doubt; it allows me to enter the space where it is easy to trust in Being, and melt into the space of devotion to Self/Love. Meeting with others in this space is the practice I feel to share. May our actions plant seeds that move us closer to healthy balance and the core of Love. May we practice being gentle with ourselves. May we recognize and remember our oneness and be a window for Love, compassion, conscious connection, equanimity, authenticity, Self. Jai Gurudev!
