CURRENT MISSION

We love to meet people. We've been living and travelling on our yacht for the last four years which is why we haven't been hosting. Before then we had the opportunity to live and work in the UAE as well as Fiji. For the next few years we'll be mixing boat living with adventures ashore and hope to meet other couchsurfers while we do.

ABOUT ME

We are both in our early 60's with grown children who live away. Jerseyville is right outside beautiful South West Rocks. We love where we live and enjoy sharing it with other travellers. Our house is set beside a river and there is a lot to do in the area if you like to relax, walk, swim, fish etc.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We love hosting friends who we have met in our previous travels and would love to extend that to those we haven't met yet. We also like to get local information when we travel and make real connections.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've been invited home to share meals and beds in many places in the world - a little village in Yemen, to a home in the middle of Turkey to a mansion in Georgia, USA. We have met people on freeways and in restaurants and on beaches and returned the favour. Our experiences hosting already on Couchsurfing has given us the opportunity to bring people from different backgrounds and experiences into our home.

兴趣

Anything to do with the ocean - sailing,fishing etc. We dream about travel all the time and have had the opportunity to do quite a bit. Other than that we read lots and enjoy spending time in like-minded company

We sailed around the world for 9 years on a 32 foot boat, the last few years with two toddlers.
