After years of a very isolating illness (it was a digestive disease), I am in need of people to connect with. As I travel, I see couchsurfing as an amazing way to meet others and explore areas I wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity.

I love a range of music but I have recently gone through a kick of listening to "Of Monsters and Men". "Alexander" has been filling my ears lately too. Documentary and independent movies genereally hold my attention longer than big budget films. Just recently I got really into "Marco Polo" on Netflix, not a movie but really well done I thought. My favorite book of all time is "The Brothers K" by David James Duncan.
