About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Eat, drink, and be merry

ABOUT ME

Friendly, shy, and often awkward.

PHILOSOPHY

Stress will make me die younger, or so I think. I try to eliminate stress by simply caring less about bad things.
I think it all started when I noticed I was getting really deep brow lines in 5th grade. They haven't gotten any more pronounced since.

Beer is largely underappreciated. It is considered a cheap, non-sophisticated beverage. This is not always the case
In fact, the roots of brewing are strongly connected with the spread of civilization and thwarted many diseases back in the day (~2000BCE). In self-respecting beer stores, you can find beer from around the world, ranging in price from $1 - $100/ bottle. Some beer is aged for years in oak barrels before bottling, others are best when fresh. They carry different complexities than wine and are often just as subtle in their flavor profiles.
Also, never drink beer ICE COLD. Unless it is very cheap stuff. The colder the beer is, the less you can taste it. Buy a nicer bottle, warm it up to, say 7 or 8 degrees C (50s F). Sip it and try to pick out the flavors.
Cheers!
