ABOUT ME

I mainly use this profile when travelling with my best friend Sophia (pictures). She lives in Athens, Greece and I in Switzerland so we meet where the cheap tickets take us :-) In the reviews below there are some reviews of people who have hosted us together. Maybe you will also get a request just from Sophia.

Otherwise I host whenever I have the possibility and I'm home so don't hesitate to contact me even if it says "Maybe hosting"

I hosted some people and have very positive impressions.

Interessi

Generally open to new things, enthusiastic person, surprise and inspire me:-) I want to travel as much as possible, which is not easy when you have two kids but we haven't given up on seeing the world yes.

Musica, film e libri

Basically anything that touches/moves me and makes me think/question the world, in a positive or negative way.
Some of my favourite bands are The Beatles, Portishead, Radiohead, Queen, Deftones, Incubus, Velvet Underground, Elliott Smith, Tiger Army, so many artists that have piano as their main instrument, The Moldy Peaches, Pantera, Korn, Cat Power, Ben Harper, music from he 50s and 60s, classical music, nofx, mogwai,led zeppelin etc.

Some of my favourite movies include:Mar adentro, American history x, Trainspotting,The big lebowski (actually most cohen brother fims),Twelve monkeys, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, 1984, Wings of desire a.k.a. Der Himmel über Berlin (probably my favourite movie), Leon, Bitter moon, Rosemary's baby, Lord of the rings, Narc, 21 grams, Amores perros, Oldboy, Thirst (excited to discover more korean movies!) A scanner darkly, Before the devil knows you're dead, almost every movie Lars Von Trier has ever made, Secrets & lies, Fargo, 9, Enter the void, everything by the Monty Pythons, Young Frankenstein, Pi, Dogma. My ABSOLUTE favourite right now must be: La Belle Verte by Coline Serreau

don't really have a favourite book genre! My favourite writers must be Murakami, Dostoyevski and Kafka. Recently discovered Susanna Tamaro and really like her stories.
