ABOUT ME

Hello couchsurfers! I'm Geon living in Suwon, Korea.
I'm a senior of Korea University and studying two major: dental laboratory science and brain&cognitive science. I've done a military service as a truck idriver for two years. If you have a big vehicle, I can be your private driver :)

I'm very Catholic and my christain name is Andrea. I've volunteered as a teacher of teenagers at a Sunday school.
I think I'm very spontaneous guy; I hate planning something... I like trying something i've never experieced. Making new friends is also one of my hobby .
There are many things that I love: joke, playing and watching soccer game, cooking Korean traditional dishs, rolling in the couch all day, chatting with my friends, travelling, alcohol, ect.

PHILOSOPHY

Be a brave person!
It's our familly's old motto.
My parents have always taught me about a courage.
So I try to be a man who can fight against injustice.
But I've never faced the injustice situation yet:)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I read a book about couchsurfing. The writer traveled the europe by couchsurfing for two month. I attracted to the story and I wanted to meet more foriegn people.
Inviting and visiting other people will be very exciting to me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never had couchsurfing yet, but I will in soon because I love travel!

Interests

I like playing a ball games such as soccer, basketball, pingpong, billiard, etc.
Watching comedy and action movies is also my pleasure.
I love spending time with my familly, espcially with my mom. she also loves that.
We enjoy eatting out and shopping.
I can make a Korean traditional cooking and it is pretty good, I guess...

Music, Movies, and Books

These days, I'm hooked on the OST of "Begin Again" movie. So I became a big fan of Adam Levine and Keira Knightley! A story of the movie is also fantastic.

I have read hole seriese of the Harry Potter since I was a elemetary school kid. But I don't like the movie.
A detective stories are also my favorite genre.
The Queen, Beatles, Oasis, Muse.... I love them so much! If you ask me a Korean artists and song, I won't mind! There are also many good artists in Korea.(Think about the Psy of Gangnam style!!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing experence in my life is a trip to US and Canada.
I stayed in Newyork city and had a short trip to a city near the NYC. I also went to the Niagara fall, Quebec city and Montreal !
I wanna travel to another beautiful places all over the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you Korean traditional dishes! Bulgoggi, Bibimbab and Korean stew... Those cookings are pretty good:)
I wanna learn how to play the guitar and other musical instruments!
