Hi!:)
My name is Jirka (or George in English) and I have been on CS already since 2011 , having a great experience. I am a simple guy, who believes that it is important to chase your own dreams and never give up. This was one of the reasons, why I decided to quit my original job and devote all my energy to filmmaking, as this is my passion. Aside from this, do modeling as my hobby and draw.

Born in Slovakia, I grew up in Czechia but left many years ago to explore this huge and beautiful world. I was able to live already in 9 countries and get to know many interesting people and cultures.

In my free time, I like to go jogging, hiking and biking. One of my other favourite activities is to watch trains:D

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I love to share with people what I have, be it my story, my place or a piece of cake. I started to use CS when I was 18 in order to discover Austria, later on I experienced incredible hospitality all over the world and was inspired by all the people I met. Few years later, when I got my own place, I started to host myself and I liked it as well. CS means for me a lot, as it shaped me to the person who I am. It is so much more than just a platform to find people where I could stay at. Thanks to CS, I was able to connect to so many interesting people, I would otherwise never be able to meet. We stayed friends till today:)
