Interests

I make dance music using synthesisers and can get pretty nerdy about it if needs be! also buy lots of records and mix them together for fun. i love all kinds of music if its got some substance behind it. Im very interested in buddhism and meditation/mindfulness and Im realising more and more the importance of being aware and present in the here and now and of the mental knots we can tie ourselves in thinking about the past and future. I love cycling and eating tasty meals, I've been working in a health food shop recently and am very interested in nutrition and nice food in general, and have recently developed a love for cooking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen lots of different music and theres amazing stuff in all genres, dance music of all flavours is my speciality but I'm up for anything. Love all sorts of films; if it looks good and gets your brain/heart going that'll do me. Have read a few books, and enjoyed most of them, haruki murakami , alan watts, eckhart tolle and thich nhat hanh all stood out as being really good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

starting as 2 separate cells and then joining together to become an embryo was pretty incredible. Really proud that i managed it!

I can cook tasty/healthy food and will do so for anyone kind enough to host me. I play music and love to play with other people, even if that means banging saucepans and wailing gibberish, I'm up for it!
