see the country side, have a good conversation, have fun..... I have traveled around the world heading west from the USA 'till I reached home again, I have also traveled south then north then south again around the world. I have experienced amazing nature and overwhelming kindness of people throughout the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here to meet people from around the world, share each other's culture.
Staying in someone's home is the best way to learn what the people in a country are really like.
My couchsurfing host have been kind caring and lots of fun

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch Surfing experience in NewZealand, Chile, Argentina and South Africa,Finland,Norway , Estonia and Bermuda could not have been better, my Host there are awesome people we still stay in touch. I am invited back and someday will return.
Couchsurfing has opened a whole new dimension of life for me,in which I can experience good and positive aspect of people around the world.

Interests

, Traveling, sight seeing, People, Photography,Horses, Farms, Countryside Cities are also interesting, my favorite so far are London and Copenhagen the best thing is when someone is proud of where they live and enjoy sharing their knowledge of the area, and are interested in other cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all music depends on the mood as to what kind,...There is a movie called Secondhand Lion that I really like..,My favorite books are Vagabonding by R.Potts. A. Land Remembered by Patrick Smith and Rethinking Life on the Appalachian Trail by Gary Bond

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've worked hard my whole life and thought why not travel while I can and am well, so i picked up my backpack, traveled my homeland (USA) made my way to Fiji and Tahiti, New Zealand,Thailand, England, Ireland, France, and Italy.
That was my first around the world trip in 2012. Now I have traveled a second time around the world trip,from the USA , starting in Chile I have explored the Patagonia region in Chile and Argentina,also South Africa, Lesotho, Madagascar,Finland,Norway,Denmark,Sweden,Estonia and Iceland.
and still another trip this year back to Patagonia to hike up the Torres Del Paine and further still to the Continent of Antarctica.

I like learning about peoples home land, as everyone has their story. I also enjoy learning about their culture and teaching people about my home land and culture.
