About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Making It Happen :)

ABOUT ME

Adventurer, traveler, daredevil, as well as a romantic, optimist and philosopher...

I love adventures - they allow me to experience new things and to learn more about the world and myself. I enjoy active time-spending: walking (if I need to get somewhere within the city - I'll just walk there), traveling (preferably hitchhiking), mountaineering, urban activities (ice-skating, rollerblading, laser-tag, bowling etc), "less-active" activities (board games and games in general, watching something, learning new things, repairing stuff). I like to attend cinemas - movies inspire me.

I am open-minded and I prefer to be honest. I like to encourage and be encouraged, to teach and be taught, to make big and detailed plans and to improvise on every step, to complicate things just to have a little bit of a challenge but also to optimise and improve everything I can. I would say I am a "life-hacker" and my only rule is: Everything is permitted as long as it doesn't hurt anybody... and I don't get caught of course))). I try to look at the bright side of things and also I am a little bit of a perfectionist (for better or for worse).

Some say I am somewhere between Sheldon Cooper (because of how I approach things with sheer logic) and Barney Stinson (because of my daring, playful, sometimes childish demeanor, and the love for Laser-Tag of course).

If you are familiar with the study of Socionics, my type is Don Quixote (http://www.the16types.info/vbulletin/content.php/121-Don-Quixote-Male-Portrait-ENTp-by-Beskova).

"Whether you think you can or you can't, either way, you are right."

-Henry Ford

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: AVATAR, The Matrix, The Lord of the Rings, Hobbit, and other similar inspirational "superhero" movies and cartoons.

... but also: The Secret, Peaceful Warrior, Into the Wild, 127 Hours.

TV Series: Man vs. Wild, The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Game of Thrones.

Music: I usually load my player with some epic soundtracks from the movies I recently watched. But I also enjoy the popular artists like Ed Sheeran.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed Mt. Goverla at night during the snowstorm.
Spent three months camping in Crimea.
Spent a night alone on the top of Vesuvius.
Climbed the radio-tower in Lviv.
I've learnt by heart the dialog between Neo and the Architect from the Matrix: Reloaded.
and other stuff...
