Im George a chilled out guy who loves to travel, meeting people and getting to know a new place. For the past year ive been living in Spain teaching English and exploring the country a bit and im now on my way to Asia for the next few months! Like I said, im pretty relaxed and looking forward to sharing time with the people I can meet on my travels.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I think travelling and sharing these experiences with others is the greatest thing a person can do with their time. The couchsurfing community provides a great way to meet like minded people sharing accommodation and and places to stay enriching the travelling experience so much more!

Intereses

Most of all I enjoy doing and trying new things, but i have a particular love for nature and the outdoors. Im a keen surfer and hiker and also enjoy yoga but my interests are pretty broad. I love spending time with my family and friends that i meet on my way and of course enjoy seeing the world!

Música, películas y libros

My music taste changes all the time, right now im listening to Ben Howard alot even though i went to a terrible gig of his last year! I like reading but find it difficult when im moving around, I used to love reading science fiction stories but anything with a good moral or lesson i would go for.

Algo increíble que he hecho

For me it was pretty amazing when i went surfing in Indonesia as it was the first time I had been travelling outside Europe. I was blown away by the differences to the UK and exploring such a unique place with the people met. This trip definitly gave me a desire to see more of the world and i will never forget it.

"every person you meet knows something you don't" I love this quote and it reminds me that there is always so much to learn from others. I also would like to think i have things to share with the people I meet and i think thats what travelling is all about.
