Born in Tasmania but currently wandering about elsewhere. I'm starting culinary school in Ireland in January 2020 and getting there via Asia and Europe.

At the moment I'm just enjoying traveling and/or eating my way from Japan across to Ireland, doing a lot of walking and practicing (hopefully improving) my film photography along the way. The rest of the time I love to spend time with friends, grab a beer or few, read a book or go for a big walk (not opposed to a hike). I'm also a very adventurous eater and love to try as much new and interesting food as possible.

A good friend told me what a top quality bunch couchsurfers are and I'd trust his opinion. It seems like being fun and pretty friendly are a given for couchsurfers and I'd like to meet more people like that.

兴趣

I love spending my days doing new things and feeling busy. Makes it all the more satisfying to sit down with a beer and watch a movie at the end of the day.

I'm trying to slowly improve my photography. I like the more hands on aspects of film photography so I've brought a 35mm Canon with me and I'll probably have that out. My favourite thing to photograph is people but that may just be because I'm not great with landscapes.

Love food and eating but mainly I love cooking. The creating aspect is fun (when it works). I love to share a meal or a drink with other people.

If I'm not out and about, I'm probably being lazy. I love reading, watching movies or often just having a big sit in a comfy chair.

Books: Anything by Haruki Murakami but especially Kafka on the Shore and Killing Commentadore, Day of the Triffids, White Teeth, Insomniac City. Not opposed to a bit of crime or the occasional Jane Austen.
