About Me

Jesus first ✝️❤️

About me:I am an open-minded person, who loves to travel, meet new people and have nice talks. I also love to read, doing sports, dance and experience things with my friends.

Fun facts:

- I pray my way through my travels
- Meet always creepy people (but also the most amazing ones)
- None of my experiences is ever average
- End always up at the opposite direction I planned to
- Without having a constant financial source, I never stop travelling

PHILOSOPHY

Always try to be the best version of yourself !!

I’ve never been a big fan of talking too much about myself – I always feel it’s best if people just get to know me and form their own impression. But here’s a little glimpse into who I am:

I studied in Germany, but the past 15 years have been more of an adventure than anything else. I’ve lived in Thailand, Bali, Switzerland, and Spain – and while I’m actually a social psychologist by profession, I’ve worked all kinds of jobs along the way. Life has taken me on quite the journey, and I’m grateful for every twist and turn.

For me, the most beautiful part of traveling isn’t just discovering new places – it’s meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. That’s what really makes traveling so unique. I love spontaneity – from last-minute trips to waking up one morning and forgetting which country I’m in (yes, that actually happened).

My interests?
Dancing, psychology, surfing, meeting people, traveling, and having deep, real conversations. I’m all about meaningful connections and spontaneous adventures.

Looking forward to crossing paths with you somewhere on this crazy ride called life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of couchsurfing. It is not even about a cheap stay, more the exchange of views and experiences and to discover the country from a local point of view. I think this is just amazing, it makes the stay so authentic.
My experiences with surfing - most of the times people hosted me - were mostly more than awesome and overwhelming. I met nice, kind and wonderful people and made also lifetime friends !

Interests

I am crazy about surfing, bachata and travelling !I I also enjoy good books and hanging out with friends.

  • dancing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not exactly all of them positive but definitely adventurous:
Got threatened with a knife by a taxi driver in Bangkok, problems with the mafia in Bali, taught a kid how to drive motorbike in Lombok (he broke my whole bike down) got stuck with my bike in one of the most dangerous places in El Salvador (family helped out), almost died in an attempt to surf, old grandpa stole my money in Malaysia, started friendship with a 8 years old girl in Cambodia, guy robbed me in a train in India and left me in a terroristic zone, writing letter to God and send it through the Ganga in India (God even replied), Bungee Jumping at the Korinth Canal in Greece, hitchhiked a taxi in Turkey, couchsurfed a truck, booked Nicaragua and ended up in Mexico, creepy experience with a pervert in a refugee camp in Palestine (CS experience), 3 hours interrogation at the israel boarder, Jesus saved my physical life on my way to Egypt, spending the first lockdown sunbathing in Miami on a cruise, 🌋-boarding

Next on the bucket list: hitchhike a plane 🤪

Teach, Learn, Share

I can exchange my language skills with you (Spanish, Greek, English, German) and teach you also some bachata. I am also a good Social Psychologist. So if you are interested in psychology we can have surely nice and interesting talks :)
Showing you around is another thing I can offer, also be a nice company in adventures and your partner in crime :)
