At the moment I am developing the philosophy of Nonviolence in me and applying its principles on my activities

ABOUT ME

I am somebody who tries to keep his heart and his mind open at all times. I am interested in the exploration of myself and my relationship with other beings. I like to share my thoughts and feelings and I also enjoy giving and accepting help in discovering life's wonders!

PHILOSOPHY

I am a seeker of the beauty inside us. I do things because I enjoy doing them. I am looking for the substance in my life. I am becoming the change I want to see in the world.

兴趣

I am interested in knowing my self better and being calm and centered. I give time and energy in Nonviolent Communication and emotional resonance between myself and others through music, dance and other forms of activities. I am also interested in finding sustainable solutions for our life on Mother Earth.
