ABOUT ME

I have an organic vegetable garden that I work on with friends. Most of what is cultivated in the garden is for self comsumption and the garden itself is an outlet to promote sustainable farming.

I have a bacherlor´s degree in political science and a master's degree in rural development. I have worked as a profesor at an indigenous university in the highlands of the state of Puebla.

I love cycling and believe and support the positive impact of open source software.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Some years ago I met a marriage in Comitán, Chiapas, México, pretty close to Guatemala. All the time they were very kind to me and also they shared their home with a couch for me, while I was teaching a workshop about organic sustainable agriculture in Comitán, they were also my students at the workshop. One night they was talking about the Couchsurfing´s philosophy because their children had traveled using Couchsurfing. So, they suggested me to use it. That was the way that I knew it.
