我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host as often as I can, but nobody wants to go here? C'mon people, you don't know what you are missing.

I have surfed couches in Europe and South America. I love to get to know new people :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted a few people and showed them the beauty of Fryslan. In September of 2012 I have started surfing. I traveled from my hometown of Heerenveen to Gothenburg (Sweden) by bike (and 6 ferry's to cross rivers and the sea). It was a life-changing experience for me!

After giving up my job in April of 2013, I went to Spain to learn Spanish as a preparation for my first big trip: in August of 2013 I have traveled Latin America for 5 months! Que chévere!!! :)

Interested in meeting new people, seeing where they live, hearing their stories and hoping to learn from their life lessons.

Love books, movies and music (listening and beginning guitar playing). I enjoy biking and walking. I run and swim to keep in shape, don't really enjoy it while I do it though, but the feeling afterwards is nice. I can really relax on a sailing boat on a Frisian lake. All you have to worry about is the wind.
