ABOUT ME

I love travelling, shopping, sports like skiing, snowboarding, badminton, football ... . I also enjoy hanging around at the beach. I love going out with friends and just enjoy life. Getting to know different places and their people, that's what keeps life interesting, right?! :)

PHILOSOPHY

As I'm an extremely ambitious person, I love to achieve as many different goals as possible.
I'd love to be successful not only in my studies, but also - and more importantly - in my personal life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I got to know heaps of great people during my travels in Australia and realised how open-minded and welcoming Aussies can be. I was surprised to be invited to come to their houses instead of sending out requests.
It's safe to say that Couchsurfing was a perfect experience and kind of saved my life ;). Or at least a couple of nights. I hope to continue that journey and that I can pay some of those great things that happened to me back.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have spent a lot of my time in Australia couchsurfing. Therefore I got to know many different couchsurfers and really fell in love with the entire idea. I always felt at home - even being 160000 k away from home ;).

兴趣

Right now, after having spent half of 2011 abroad, I am looking forward to travelling again this year. As I just started university, I'm quite pre-occupied with my studies, but got to arrange my next "vacation" by simply doing an internship in China. Really looking forward to getting an insight into Chinese culture and lifestyle.
Apart from that, I gotta be honest with you: I think I'm a little addicted to TV series such as How I Met Your Mother ;). But shhhh - don't tell anyone! ;D
If I'm not travelling, watching series, studying, shopping, meeting my friends, I love to do sports and go out partying.

You got me - again! I'd have to say the best series in the world is How I Met Your Mother ;).
When it comes to music I'm pretty open-minded. I wouldn't say that there are specific types of music I enjoy or don't enjoy. It just depends on both my mood and the songs themselves. I like R'n'B-songs as well as simple songs with beautiful lyrics and nothing but an acoustic gitarre.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Being blown away by the wind both at the Twelve Apostles, AU, and at Cape Reinga, NZ. Skiing in Queenstown in the middle of July, driving along the ocean side and spotting thousands of seals lying next to the road in Kaikoura, NZ.
Being invited by a fellow couchsurfer to walk over the red carpet of the "Thor" world premiere in Sydney :D.

I could imagine teaching German, English or French (according to my knowledge). I'd do my best and if there's anything I'm capable of, I won't hesitate to share my knowledge :).
