I grew up in Wattwiller, a small village situated on the picturesque wine road in the Alsace province of France, located near the German and Swiss border. Alsace is a well-known white wine region of France.

I have been working in the tourism industry for over twenty years, travelling around the world, experiencing some crazy jobs sometimes.... !

I would define myself as a solo world explorer. People are telling me that I am an honest, easy going, autonomous, independent, clean and minimalist traveler. Travelling lightweight is the secret !! …. Whaou … all of that is just me ;-)
I have my own transportation (rent a car) and sleeping bag ! no sheets needed !! Just makes things easier for my hosts.
I am definitely not a big drinker … but like to share a beer or a glass of wine sometimes !
I am a non smoking guy.
