Overview
About Me
Most of my friends tell me that I became peculiar over the past years. I would rather say that I have a mind of my own and I don't bend down to the stuff many would consider as normal. You could say I am a bit individual and with me, people know where they stand.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
open my mind to different views and opinions of interesting people wherever they might come from.
Interests
I love music. Hence, I play an acoustic guitar. I am trying to write my own songs but unfortunately, I am a terrible singer so I let other people do that while I attend concerts of bands I like every now and then. Besides, I write short stories or more likely I deal with pieces of my mind that way, it helps to organize my thoughts.
Music might be my biggest field of interest and is probably the one with the most noticeable impact on me, but I love a good movie and a good book though.
Wherever I go, I take my camera with me. I'd call myself an ambitious amateur.

Music, Movies, and Books
Rock, Punk, Alternative and Indie music is my favourite. In my opinion, handcrafted music is the best but I don't mind electronic influences in any way (as long as the core remains identifiable and is not a huge load of sounds and noises with no structure or any sense).
I can't think of a favourite movie, to be honest. My taste is wide ranged and I love movies like Inception as much as The Lord Of The Rings.
Concerning literature, I am into biographical stuff. One of my favourites authors is Benjamin von Stuckrad-Barre - he is from Germany though, so don't worry if you don't know him.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelled to Stockholm for my favourite band
Teach, Learn, Share
Since I am from Germany you can guess what language I might be able to teach you.
Besides, I can show you how to strum some chords on the guitar to stand out at the next campfire.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some stories of my life. I know that I am quite young so you will probably not hear the most exciting things you will ever hear, but you never know.
I'd love to share some experiences.
PLUS: If you have a guitar, I am going to arrange a private concert for you. Be prepared for a lot Mumford & Sons and similar stuff.
