I'm pretty happy go lucky, like to chat about anything and everything, recently enjoyed a trip to various continents and met all sorts of amazing folk, may those friendships live long and prosper, and new ones cross my path.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been a bystander until now to be honest, but each couchsurfer I've met has inspired me to learn more and get more involved.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met a CSer on a surf trip during Jan 08 at Seal Rocks, NSW, Oz and become very intrigued with the whole phenomena! I've since met more CSers on my travels and hope to share their experiences soon.

Interests

Play in a Samba Band in Wales, play bass guitar in a funk band and like to tonkle on the acoustic guitar and more recently learning bits on the Ukelele and piano.... though am a bit of an instrument whore and spread myself a bit too thin!! Love the annual snowboarding trip. Play in a softball team for fun, we aren't the best team in the League but have the biggest spirit!

I'm a fan of anything with a groove, derived from a funk, jazz or a soul kind of tip.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going on a Jeep safari, through a sheer whiteout to the Icelandic glaciers was amazing, where we rode skidoos to reach Europes biggest glacier . Climbig Machu Pichu. Swam in a crocodile and piranha infested river in the Amazon Pampas, apparently the fresh water dolphins scare the crocodiles away! I'm still alive anyway!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn to play any instrument, or gain tips to better myself on those I profess to play. I can teach anyone interested some of my mother tongue Welsh which is debatably the oldest language in Europe still spoken today! Sharing cooking tips is fun, especially the eating part!
