We are Gerry and Luz. We are a couple. We met each other in New Zeland and we have been traveling together since October 2014. Gerry is from Mexico. He is from Veracruz, a lovely place near the sea. Before he start traveling, Gerry worked in a bank in Mexico City, and he was studying actuarial science. Luz is from Argentina. She is from Buenos Aires, capital of Argentina. In Argentina Luz was working in a bank and studying Social Work.

We are in Couchsurfing, because we want to travel around the world, and we would like to know about different cultures. We think that meeting locals is the best way to know some essence of the country. In our countries we had hosted several people before using Couchsurfing and we really enjoyed the experience.

Gerry: swimming with shark whales.
Luz: 4 days walking to Machu Pichu, scuba diving in Cuba and Thailand, and travel in Asia.
