Positive, upbeat, talkative bubly personality. I'm hardly ever grumpy. However I can whine a lot, but I usually do that in a humorous manner, at least that's what I think haha. Also very sarcastic. So anyways, I used to live in Utrecht, but I stopped school for a while and went back to my hometown. I'm saving up some money (or at least trying to) to afford to go back to Utrecht somewhere at the end of the September. Once I'm all settled in Utrecht again I can host if there are people in need of a couch or something like that :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I really like the concept. I haven't been couchsurfing yet, but I really want to try it someday :)

Interests

I like to watch movies and tv-shows, work-out in the gym, going for a run. I'm also a sports fan. I like all kinds of sports, but darts, soccer and sometimes swimming are my favorite. I'm also really in to ice-skating. I've been doing that for about a year now and love it so far. I also like to hang out with friends and have a drink. I'm a big wine enthousiast :) I hate the taste of beer though.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: everything that includes an acoustic guitar. From singer-songwriter music to, pop to indie and folk. Music like Kina Grannis, Joshua Radin, Adele, Greg Holden, Passenger, Mumford and Sons that sort of stuff.
Movies: romantisch/comedy or something likes thrillers and drama movies. Like: One Day, 500 Days of Summer, Interstellar and everything in between.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, a few years ago I went to Sweden by myself to see the wonderfull and amazing Joshua Radin perform. I'd been a fan for so long, but he never came to Holland, so I decided to go to Sweden to see him live for the first time. It was a wonderful experience :-D

My first trip abroad with a friend of mine to the Dominican Republic is something I can remember quite clearly. It was really great. Going on my first holiday alone felt really liberating and felt like I could do anything. I loved the freedom :-)

I've also been hitch hiking this year and the year before that, which was really an amazing experience as well, so I can really recommend that.
