Its winter so a bit cold outside, my 1950s house has two fireplaces and is super warm. I may enlist your help to collect pine cones from the forest opposite my house, all hot water and most of the cooking is done by fire.
My house is by Eastgate mall, 10 mins from hills, 10 mins from beach.
MUST love dogs as I am a charity volunteer and always have different dogs at the house.
