ABOUT ME

I love to act and watch movies and plays. I love to sit at a cafe and people watch with a cool drink in my hand and a notebook on the table. I love to experience art and architecture. I am no connoisseur on the subjects but i have an appreciation. I love to listen to some relaxing tunes and cook a yummy meal or bake a batch of cookies. The thing I love most is people.... people are so interesting and fun to interact with. The things I learn by just talking to people is incredible and I wish to do more of it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couch surfed outside of this website and it was great. I have been on couch surfing for a while. I haven't been able to utilize it because I haven't had the need and my apartment is a bachelor with two people in it. I am now taking my dive into the community for the first time. I'm really excited to see who I meet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have found that when I have couch surfed it has been with people who are excited about showing you where you are and what there is to do. I went to Summerland BC three times and couch surfed. It was fantastic all the people I stayed with offered me somthing new. First year I got treated to great big meals and warm fires and rides. Second year I got to experience some of the natural beauty of the okanogan. Third year I got to have exciting conversations about things my hosts and I were passionate. What I learned as a couch surfer is to be grateful for what is given because who ever gives whatever to you doesn't have to. I also learned to be willing to try new things and always help out. Have fun and feel great about humanity while you are couch surfing.
When I was in the Netherlands I got to couch surf with a lovely man who taught me about art and literature and dutch culture. I value so much what was shared with me. It's better than any book. I prefer an organic experience of life.
