Hey there! I am Ghazy an Engineering student based on Surabaya, Indonesia who is currently joining an exchange program in Eskisehir, Turkey. I don't actually know how to describe myself because i don't really think about myself that much :D but people say that I am really a fun and easy going person, and I am really excited about travelling, meeting new people and learning about new cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that visiting a new place is not going to be complete without meeting it's local people and interacting with them, and if I stay in a hotel the possibility of actually interacting with local people will be very very low that is why I'm on Couchsurfing which I believe will help me to interact better and to learn the local culture better 😃

Interests

Everytime I visit a new place, the first thing I will do is trying the local food! Yes, I am really excited about traditional food and I can say that my tounge is very flexible to try different kinds of foods 😊 Visiting a new place won't be complete without learning the history and cultures about the place itself, I would spend hours just to admire the mozaics and wall painting at Hagia Sophia for example, also sitting looking at scenery and the view of the place while having a cup of tea is really an important thing about visiting a new place. Besides of that I am really interested in the aviation industry 😁 If you want I can spend hours talking about planes haha, I also believes in equality for all people around the world no matter their race, religion, gender, and sexuality.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Because I am coming from a tropical country of Indonesia in which we don't have any snow, so the most amazing thing I've done so far is skiing at the top of a snowy mountain it was really breathtaking 😁

My English is not bad so if u wanna practice ur english u can definitely talk to me 😁 and my Indonesian Language is very excellent, I can definitely teach you if you want 😊 I'm also good at academic debate, argument, and public speech so I can teach you a few tricks about that. People also says that my Instagram feeds looks nice so i can probably give you some tips on photography and videography 😀
